Please note:

Our estimates are based on the type of cleaning.  We provide a FULL and Complete Cleaning Services according to the “Move-Out” Inspection, of the Tenancy Board and the Requirements of your home.

Our online estimates shown are the basic rates, however the rates will increase depending on your home’s level of dirty.  If your home is a Heavy Duty Type Cleaning, if you have pets which shed, very heavy grease built-up in kitchen,  furniture / Belongings / Garbage to be removed in residence when we arrive, or Nicotine from smoking in the home.

Some of the other things that will increase the basic rates are: Additional Bed-rooms, Bath-rooms, Extra-large Size of windows & Blinds and level of difficulty ( dirtiness ).  In addition, until we are there to see the actual condition of the Apartment, if you have pets, large kitchens, wall to ceiling/wall windows & Blinds, a Balcony or belongings and debris left behind the estimate will change and reflect the work and time needed.   As we will need the extra time to help you clean everything.   We appreciate your honesty and help with this, thank you in advance!
