• Kitchen: Stove top, Inside the Microwave, sink, small appliances, counters, cabinet doors under the sink and back walls and tidy up of counters and floors.
• Bathroom: Tub, tiles, toilet, sink, mirror, baseboards, lighting all fixtures and doors.
• Dusting: Every surface, Edge, Ledge, Closet, Door and Window and Picture Frame that could have gathered Dust. Removal of Cobwebs.
• Bedrooms: All Furniture & fixtures, windows & frames, floors, baseboards, lighting & doors. Bed is vacuumed underneath, Bedding is changed when requested and under beds.
• Floors: Vacuumed, Damp mop of hardwood & laminate & garbage and recycling are removed from every room.

Residential Cleaning is different than a Move-Out Cleaning. Our Residential Cleaning is designed to bring peace and order back to your home and life. We clean each room, top to bottom ensuring everything is really well cleaned.

We follow our custom Checklist during our visit to ensure everything is efficiently clean and polished. You do not have to go back to re-clean the areas others services do not clean. For example, under the sink, behind the small appliances, inside the fridge. We do not feather “fluff off” dust, we wipe off all surfaces.
