Pre-Sale Checklist:

Kitchen: Inside, outside and around all the appliances: microwave, oven, stove, fridge, sink, drawers & cabinets
Bathroom: Tiles, tub, sink, mirror, toilet, drawers, baseboards, all fixtures, base-boards, lighting and switches, doors frames and ceiling vent
Dusting: Deep, Detailed Dusting & Vacuuming including the inside the sofas on every surface, Edge, Ledge, Closet, Door and Window Frame that could have gathered Dust
Rooms: Inside of closets, windows & frames, floors, baseboards, lighting and doors
Windows: Windows & Frames and Window Sills (Walls as needed)
Blinds: Washed and Curtain Washed and put back in place
Floors: Damp mop of Hardwood & laminate, carpet is vacuumed or SHAMPOOED upon request
Balconies: Swept and washed, Outside Windows and garbage removal
Stainless Steel is well Polished and everything is left as clean and new as possible, perfectly Sparkling and Beautifully clean!

Post Renovation Cleaning

Starting with a THOUROGH removal of all the Dust, Sawdust and all Debris from your Renovation or Post Construction.

Renovation Checklist:

New Construction Labels: Careful Removal of all the Stickers, Labels, Wrapping, Paint of all the windows, appliances and Polish your Stainless Steel Appliances
Thorough Dusting: Of all the Rooms starting off with the inside and outsides of the Kitchen and Bathrooms, Appliances, Cabinets, Closets, Base-boards, Ledges, Doors and Window Frames in every room
Windows: Inside and Out sides, Frames and the Sills
Floors: Debris Removal, Thorough Vacuuming and Damp Mopping
Kitchen: Inside, outside and around all the appliances: microwave, oven, stove, fridge, sink, drawers & cabinets

I used Butterfly Cleaning for my move out clean and they were great. They brought all of their own supplies so I didn’t have to worry about what was packed or moved already and when they were done the place was spotless. They cleaned spots I never do, including moving the stove and finding utensils I didn’t even know were missing. I will definitely use them for regularly cleaning going forward. – 19/08/2014

On cleaning day, four women arrived promptly and immediately got down to work. They were very friendly and most importantly did an incredible job cleaning…they pulled all the shelves and drawers out of the fridge to clean, and even got stains out of carpets that had been there for 3 years!
